Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of related experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
• Knowledge of federal records management regs (NARA, 44 U.S.C., 36 CFR).
• Experience with RBAC, policy development, and audits.
• Familiarity with e-discovery, litigation holds, and information protection.
• Excellent communication for training and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage complex projects across IT, legal, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Records Management Solution Design: configure Purview RM for SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams.
• Compliance & Governance: ensure RM aligns with laws and policies; support audits.
• Lifecycle Management: manage records creation, retention, disposition, and monitoring.
• Role-Based Access & Security: assign Purview roles and ensure segregation of duties.
• Policy Development: draft and maintain RM policies and SOPs.
• Training & Awareness: develop and deliver RM training for staff and leadership.
• E-Discovery & Litigation Hold: support e-discovery and audit logs with legal teams.
• Data Loss Prevention & Information Protection: configure DLP and sensitivity labels.
• Continuous Improvement: lead pilots, evaluate features, report metrics.
