Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in Microbiology or related science.
• MS degree or higher in Microbiology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years microbiology testing experience including validations and environmental monitoring.
• Minimum 5 years supervising related activities and staff.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and improving the Laboratory microbiology programs, SOPs, and metrics.
• Executing day-to-day microbiology testing including finished product, raw materials and environmental monitoring.
• Act as QC Laboratory Leader to drive a culture of quality and safe work environment.
• Manage staff performance and ensure adequate training.
• Lead projects including protocols, reports, investigations, CAPA, etc.
• Plan and forecast microbiology activities with clear stakeholder communication.
