Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Production Test Technician to support circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. You will set up, calibrate, test and troubleshoot hardware, interpreting blueprints and diagrams to ensure quality and reliability.

The role involves developing test specifications, running procedures, documenting findings in technical reports, and assisting in selecting and setting up test equipment to optimize manufacturing throughput. Equal opportunity employer.

• Develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems; may complete rework as needed.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
• Assist in the selection and setup of specialized test equipment.

Production Test Technician: Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
