Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Stock Replenishment and Merchandising Associate in the Harlingen/San Juan area. You will replenish products, build displays, and manage stock across large store accounts while acting as a supervisor to motivate teammates.

The role requires 3+ years of general work experience, 1+ year in a leadership role, and a valid driver's license to support store visits. Starting hourly pay ranges from $20.65 to $26.08 with potential bonuses and comprehensive

• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; bend over, reach above head height, and kneeling.
• Must have a valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Designate location, build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
• Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up.
• Maintains merchandising standards while rotating products each time in designated accounts.
• Replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account.

Workdays/Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Additional Relevant Information: Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20.65 to $26.08 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for replenishing, and merchandising products at all designated Large Store and similar accounts. Will function as an "acting supervisor" asneeded.Will motivate and inspire others within the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Designate location, build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards

• Maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts including shelf allocation and cold equipment

• Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts

• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up

• Maintains professional, team relationship with co-workers, customers, and shoppers

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets and point of sale, ensuring account meets Company merchandising standards

• Determine stores' product needs, place and transmit appropriate order in conjunction with existing geographic sales routes

• Communicate account activities to appropriate parties

• Maintain Merchandising standards while rotating products each time in designated accounts

• Replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+year of general work experience required
• 1+ in a people leading role
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds; bend over, reach above head height, and kneeling.
• Previous sales/merchandising experience preferred
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
