Qualifications

• Experience in mission-critical, data center, commercial MEP, electrical, mechanical, or critical infrastructure field leadership.
• Background as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, general foreman, or senior field leader.
• Strong understanding of MEP trade coordination, sequencing, safety, quality, and schedule execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily MEP field execution on mission-critical construction projects.
• Manage trade sequencing, manpower, safety, quality, production, and schedule priorities in the field.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, low voltage, controls, commissioning, and vendor activities.
