Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide document control including shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos, and daily reports with mechanical/electrical/plumbing focus.
• Lead BIM coordination for mechanical/electrical/plumbing with focus on MEP coordination.
• Plan and execute scheduled construction activities with MEP focus.
• Procure mechanical/electrical/plumbing scopes of work.
• Establish project-level risk assessment and controls for MEP scopes of work.
• Support Zero Injury safety program.
• Support the Quality Leadership System.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
