We are currently seeking licensed clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) or registered associates (ACSW, AMFT, APCC) for our Day Rehabilitation (DR) and Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) programs. Both programs provide structured, therapeutic mental health services within a milieu setting to adults ages 18 and older with significant mental health needs who require additional support beyond traditional outpatient treatment.
Day Rehabilitation (DR) focuses on helping individuals improve, restore, or maintain their independence and ability to function successfully in the community. Through structured therapeutic activities, skill development, and supportive interventions, the program helps clients manage psychiatric symptoms, strengthen coping and social skills, improve daily functioning, and prevent further deterioration.
Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) provides a higher level of structured, multidisciplinary mental health treatment for individuals who require more intensive support. The program focuses on stabilizing psychiatric symptoms, improving emotional and behavioral functioning, preventing psychiatric hospitalization or placement in more restrictive settings, and supporting individuals in maintaining stability within their communities.
Clinicians will provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessments, individual and group therapy, rehabilitation services, skill building, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, clinicians will facilitate structured therapeutic activities that promote symptom management, emotional regulation, positive social interactions, and increased independence. Services are provided within a supportive therapeutic environment utilizing trauma-informed, strengths-based, and recovery-oriented approaches to care.
The Lead Mental Health Clinician will provide clinical leadership and support to program staff, lead team meetings, complete mental health assessments, coordinate treatment planning, and assist with staff training and development. Clinicians will work collaboratively with clients and their treatment teams to develop individualized, client-driven treatment plans that address mental health needs, promote recovery, reduce psychiatric hospitalizations, and improve overall functioning and quality of life.
