• Recruitment: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract prospective students who meet the college's academic and athletic standards.
• Team Building and Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive team environment with sportsmanship and mutual respect.
• Community and Alumni Engagement: Promote the rugby program within the college and local community and build relationships with alumni and donors.
• Game Day and Event Management: Oversee home games, tournaments, and rugby events with a professional experience.
