Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by ASCP BOC or equivalent is required/preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the operational and technical management of the laboratory section.
• Ensures rigorous quality control, method validation, and data integrity.
• Performs assessment of linearity and result correlation.
• Directs daily activities while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
