Job Summary
The Lead Medical Technologist is responsible for overseeing laboratory testing procedures, ensuring quality control, and coordinating workflow in assigned laboratory sections. This role includes performing complex diagnostic tests, training and mentoring staff, and assisting with regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives.
