Job summary

Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX, seeks a Laboratory Supervisor to plan, direct, and oversee all technical and operational activities in their section.

Under the direction of the Laboratory Director/Manager, the role requires a Bachelor's Degree (or CLIA General Supervisor qualifications) and sufficient clinical lab experience to perform duties accurately and precisely. Preferred experience includes hospital lab background.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or meet CLIA requirements for a General Supervisor.
• Sufficient clinical laboratory experience to perform accurately and precisely the assigned work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year work experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably a hospital setting.
• 4 years experience in a clinical laboratory following licensure or certification
