The role also includes scheduling, staff training, instrument maintenance, regulatory compliance, and contributing to budget planning in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science or related field required.
• Three years of laboratory experience in the assigned area.
• Certification must be obtained within 18 months from a list of ASCP/related credentials.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience preferred.

• Oversee workflow and perform QA duties in the Laboratory Section.
• Lead as team leader, scheduler, and primary trainer.
• Validate specimens, organize STAT and triage samples, and report results.
• Maintain equipment, perform calibrations, and troubleshoot LIS.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in budget planning.
• Train students and staff; develop training materials.
