Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 2 hours consecutively.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Commercial cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, sweeping, mopping and disinfecting surface areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces.
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.
