Actalent in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Lead Software Test Verification Engineer to guide a team in verification and validation of medical device software. You will lead planning, execution, and documentation of V&V activities across the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong medical device testing background, test strategy, requirements-based testing, and regulatory compliance with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in software testing/verification/validation.
• 2+ years leading software test engineers.
• Experience developing software verification & validation test plans.
• Regulated medical device environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers.
• Develop and execute software verification and validation test plans and reports.
• Coordinate testing across projects and product releases.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through verification to documentation.
• Drive functional, integration, system, regression and performance testing.
