Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 8 years of related medical device experience, or a Master's Degree with a minimum of 6 years.
• Experience as a technical leader within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with design controls including documentation of design history files.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinicians and end-users to understand their needs.
• Lead project teams in effective decision making and strategic analysis.
• Use CAD software to develop and design concepts and components.
