This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the nursing staff and healthcare team, helping to ensure efficient daily operations, effective communication, and a positive patient experience. The role works closely with nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staff to coordinate patient-related activities, manage administrative responsibilities, and support the overall workflow of the department.
While the primary focus of this position is administrative support for the nursing team, the role also provides clinical and patient-care assistance as needed and within the employee's scope of training and competency. Candidates with phlebotomy experience and demonstrated competency in blood collection are strongly preferred.
