As a float you will provide critical coverage across multiple clinics for short‑term staffing needs and will occasionally work from an administrative site to support telephonic outreach, remote tasking support, and other remote patient care activities. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $36.00 per hour based on full‑time employment. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
