As a Media Lead focused on TV/Mass Media marketing, you’ll develop and execute media strategies that resonate with communities across the country. You’ll lead planning and performance efforts for National & Local Humana & Centerwell campaigns, ensuring they reflect campaign needs while aligning with the brand.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep media expertise and a passion for achieving and exceeding campaign goals and objectives.
This role leads media strategy and execution; you will partner with internal teams, agencies, and analytics to deliver high-impact media that supports campaign goals, including member acquisition, retention or brand building efforts.
The Lead position requires an in-depth understanding of national and local DRTV and Digital media, specifically nuances by channel and by market that impact go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate has experience with developing media objectives, stewarding multi-channel media campaigns, managing budgets, reviewing analytics, and guiding agency partners.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
