Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC in Bel Air, MD is seeking a compassionate CNA/Home Health Aide to provide warm personal care and assist residents with activities of daily living. You will monitor changes in residents' day-to-day needs and work with the nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.

Encouraging participation in scheduled programs and activities is essential, with required First Aid/CPR and state-specific medication administration certification to ensure safe and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Medication administration certification per state requirements.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide certification where required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care.
• Assist residents with ADLs as needed.

Salary Range

USD $22.75 - USD $26.25 /Hr.

Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
