Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
• Inspect equipment for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor mechanics and motorhands, providing technical guidance and training.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate with operations to support production objectives.
