This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, client relations, and overseeing project budgets and schedules. You will manage teams of engineers and foremen, coordinating efforts to meet project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• 10 years field experience with a background as a skilled tradesperson or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/construction management plus 7 years field experience.
• Excellent organisational leadership, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience working on union projects, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical teams for large scale projects.
• Responsible for safety, quality, and client relations.
• Manage Project Engineers, General Foreman, and Foremen to supervise construction employees.
