Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead large mechanical and plumbing projects across multi-site locations: Abilene, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO, and Cheyenne, WY. You will own field execution from preconstruction through turnover, drive labor planning, scheduling, productivity, safety, and quality while developing Superintendents, Foremen, and craft teams.

Qualifications

• Own field execution from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and turnover.
• Turn project strategy into action across labor, schedule, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Lead and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and high-performing craft teams.
• Partner with Project Management and Operations to solve problems before they impact the field.
• Leverage prefabrication, technology, and planning to improve productivity and execution.
• Set the standard for safety, quality, accountability, and craftsmanship.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners.
• 7-10+ years of progressive mechanical, plumbing, piping, sheet metal or industrial construction experience.
• Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders.
• Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution.
• Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments.
• A track record of developing people and building accountable teams.
