Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Mechanical Engineer PE II to apply standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products, components, or assemblies. This full-time role reports to the Engineering Director and requires a PE license and a bachelor's degree in engineering.

Responsibilities include signing and sealing documents, leading projects, visiting sites, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and PE license required.
6-8 years of engineering experience.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Willing to travel 5-10% to job sites or office locations.

Responsibilities

Signing and sealing engineering documents.
Analyzes, develops and evaluates systems.
Improves and maintains current systems or creates new projects.
Designs and drafts blueprints, visits systems in the field and manages projects.
Applies engineering techniques and analyses within the scope of the assignment.
Performs work with a high degree of latitude.
Handles the most complex issues.
Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a subordinate group; may act as lead or first-level supervisor.
Direct interaction with clients.
