Qualifications
Must have a PE License.
5+ years of experience in an A/E or consulting engineering firm.
Preferred experience in healthcare, federal, high-tech, or biopharma projects.
LEED AP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, laboratory, and process piping systems.
Prepare construction documents and develop specifications.
Ensure compliance with IMC, IPC, and NFPA.
Manage the mechanical scope for various projects.
Conduct site visits and support construction administration.
Mentor junior staff and coordinate with teams.
Support client presentations and business development.
