Qualifications

• Must have a PE License.
• 5+ years of experience in an A/E or consulting engineering firm.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, federal, high-tech, or biopharma projects.
• LEED AP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, laboratory, and process piping systems.
• Prepare construction documents and develop specifications.
• Ensure compliance with IMC, IPC, and NFPA.
• Manage the mechanical scope for various projects.
• Conduct site visits and support construction administration.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with teams.
• Support client presentations and business development.
