Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 4 years of progressive HVAC and plumbing design experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC load‑calculation software.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and utility system concepts, calculations, layouts and equipment selections.
• Perform and review heating/cooling loads, distribution, duct and piping sizing, and related calculations.
• Prepare specifications, data sheets, bid packages and cost estimates.
• Coordinate Revit and AutoCAD designs with other disciplines; address code issues.
• Review vendor drawings and provide field support during construction and commissioning.
• Mentor designers and junior engineers while supporting project scope, schedule and budget.
