We help our customers enhance their digital transformation by supplying state-of-the-art data and analytics insights for their products and processes. Our Inspection Team provides Remote Visual Inspection and advanced robotic services.

This Mechanical Engineer will be part of the R&D team to design new products, develop new technologies, and improve existing product lines. Responsibilities include managing projects of varying complexity with a significant impact on product cost, performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

As an R&D Mechanical Engineer, your responsibilities include:

1. Executing design analysis and evaluation of assigned projects, adhering to engineering principles and standards.
2. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop product designs from concept through validation.
3. Working with suppliers to refine designs for cost efficiency and consistency.
4. Resolving complex technical issues efficiently, focusing on critical priorities.
5. Contributing to innovation through research and patent reviews.
6. Conducting design reviews focusing on project requirements, FMEA, manufacturing, and supplier capabilities.

• A degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction.
• Proven engineering experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills focused on results and value addition.
• Proficiency with CAD systems, especially SolidWorks.

Our annual pay range is $82,800 - $153,800, depending on location, experience, and performance. Candidates must be located near specified locations; relocation assistance is available. The salary includes base pay and may include bonuses and other benefits.
