Job summary

Responsibilities

• Formulate original ideas from concepts and act as principal engineer on the most complex projects.
• Design and engineer highly complex mechanical assemblies; select materials and heat treat processes.
• Establish manufacturing and assembly procedures for new products, including tooling, assembly instructions, and inspection methods.
• Design product and component testing methods, perform testing, collect data, and present results with conclusions.
• Lead and coordinate other activities related to product development and provide technical leadership.
