Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction models and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all field activities for multiple mechanical construction projects.
• Develop and implement project schedules ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Supervise and mentor superintendents and foremen.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve field-related issues.
