Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; provide customer service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, seasonality, equipment usage; process meat per specifications and ensure food safety.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, supporting production decisions.
• Drive profitability and maintain high-quality, properly packaged meat products; manage inventory and shrinkage.
• Act as a Talent Ambassador; train and mentor others and uphold Walmart values and policies.
