Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a highly technical Lead Materials Process Engineer to drive development, industrialization, and scaling of advanced material manufacturing. You will work across Innovation, Materials, Product Creation, Quality, and Global Manufacturing teams to deliver robust processes and repeatable production for commercialization.

The role requires deep expertise in materials processing, factory-scale implementation, and strong collaboration with factory engineering and suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a polymer/ materials related field.
• Experience developing and industrializing advanced material technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, DOE, and manufacturing quality systems.
• Demonstrated success leading complex technical problems in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and validation of advanced material manufacturing processes.
• Establish process capability targets and manufacturing controls for scalable production.
• Drive readiness and commercialization activities with factory partners.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation for process robustness.
