Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the NC/GA Distribution Center in the 12054 Enterprise Corporate area. The role involves receiving, unloading, inspecting, storing inbound supplies, filling orders, and coordinating outbound deliveries.

40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri 2:30 PM–11:00 PM or until finish with possible weekends. Requires HS diploma, 2 years experience, valid driver's license, and forklift/electric pallet jack proficiency. Competitive benefits and total rewards are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years work experience required.
• Valid driver7s license with no violations in the last 3 years.
• 2 to 3 years electric pallet jack and lift truck experience required.
• Computer experience preferred.

• Maintains a clean and orderly storage facility.

• Maintains records of packing slips, receiving reports and chain of custody reports of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Arranges for the transportation of non-stock items via a chain of custody procedure.
• Assigns duties and responsibilities to employees as needed.

Pay Range:

$19.80 - $29.70

Essential Functions

• Receives, unloads, checks, inspects, transports, and stores inbound supplies.
• Receives supply pick list, fills the orders and coordinates delivery to designated outbound areas of service.

• Operates electric pallet and lift trucks for handling supplies.

Physical Requirements

Stretching and bending required for filling orders. Extraordinary amount of walking and long periods of standing on feet. May be required to lift boxes weighing 75-100 pounds.

Education, Experience and Certifications
