Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Master Technician to oversee and implement our growth strategy.This position is geared toward developing new service agreements for new customers, along with providing preventative maintenance, repairs, operational excellence including swimming pools, splash-pads and aquatic facilities. This position has significant growth potential including a leadership role involving managing a team of service technicians, ensuring compliance with physical/chemical safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service every day. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of pool systems and related equipment.Also, the ability to review and provide estimates for service and repairs (time and materials), develop formal proposals, and assist with the growth our service clientele.Lastly, this applicant needs to possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the capability to perform effectively in the field, in an office setting, along with being a representative of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with new customers and partners.
• Travel to job sites as necessary and provide on-site assistance and repairs.
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and routine maintenance of pool equipment including chemical feed systems, pumps, filters, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to indoor/outdoor work environments and chemical handling.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory of parts and tools, and report on operational performance.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly for field service activities while adhering to all traffic safety laws.

Qualifications

• SP-2 License.
• Minimum 5 year of pool experience and comprehensive knowledge of pool water chemistry.
• Pool plumbing / mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
• Familiarity with pool maintenance procedures including cleaning, equipment repair, and routine inspections.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, scheduling software, and computer programs.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
