Job summary

Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License and 5–7 years of plumbing experience.
- Experience leading a team of plumbers and managing projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations and blueprints.
- Ability to read complex drawings and interpret specifications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead plumbing projects ensuring safety and code compliance.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water and waste.
- Train staff, supervise day-to-day operations, and allocate tasks.
- Interpret blueprints and building codes for installations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, time logs, and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to meet timelines.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage maintenance schedules and preventative tasks.
- Ensure quality workmanship and service standards.
