Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC seeks a Lead or Master Plumber to service, repair, and replace plumbing systems for customers. You will use company pricing on calls, maintain a clean work area, test installs before leaving, and explain services to clients to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, state licensing, and the ability to operate your own truck. Compensation is $35.00-$40.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and career development opportunities.

• Lead & Master Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Uses Straight Forward Pricing on each call.
• Wears floor savers and keeps a neat work area during repairs.
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving to ensure proper operation.
• Explains services performed to the client after completion.
• Maintains a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Keeps inside and outside of vehicles clean at all times.

Job Summary

A lead or Master plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

Job Duties

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

Minimum Requirements

Compensation

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
