Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a Master Esthetician or Cosmetologist for the Cliff Spa to elevate guest experiences with manicure and pedicure services and related treatments. The role requires licensing in Utah, 1–2 years of related experience, and a willingness to learn about our products and services.

Expect to work weekends/holidays and participate in inventory and spa upkeep. Compensation aligns with market rates for licensed estheticians in Utah, with full-time or part-time scheduling and access to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Utah Master Esthetics or Cosmetologist License.
• 1–2 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.
• Salon knowledge and experience. Able to read, write and communicate through speech.
• Must be reliable, mature and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Requires some exercise of judgment within policy guidelines and without supervisory approval.
• Requires some problem solving and initiation of activities within job description and responsibility limitations.
• Requires strong understanding of other Snowbird operations.

Responsibilities

• Be dependable, punctual and responsible for individual shifts.
• Work weekends and holidays as required by business levels.
• Have knowledge in all phases of the area you are licensed in.
• Have product knowledge and must be willing to learn about the products and services we offer.
• Upsell by increasing revenue through upselling of retail salon products.
• Perform treatments offered in the Cliff Spa Salon such as manicures and pedicures.
• Assist with monthly salon duties such as conducting inventory, listing retail and back bar items to be ordered according to the budget, and actively participating in daily and weekly cleaning duties as assigned.
