Job summary

Piper Companies in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Master Data Analyst to lead master data governance for planning across a global manufacturing network. You will own MRP parameters, BOM structures, and ERP enhancements to optimize inventory and scheduling.

You will build Power BI dashboards, drive data quality, and partner across Supply Chain, IT, and Operations on scalable data frameworks for new product introductions and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning or data governance.
• Experience with ERP platforms and MRP governance.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL for analytics.

Responsibilities

Piper Companies is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join a leading medical device manufacturing organization in King of Prussia, PA. The Master Data Analyst will serve as a key supply chain and ERP/MRP subject matter expert, driving planning master data integrity, governance, and optimization initiatives across a global manufacturing network.

Responsibilities of the Master Data Analyst:

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, master data governance, ERP administration, or MRP systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of MRP logic, planning parameter configuration, BOM management, inventory optimization, and capacity modeling.
• Experience supporting multi‑site manufacturing operations with a focus on supply chain data integrity and system governance.
• Advanced analytical capabilities including Excel, Power BI, SQL, or related data management tools.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification, Lean Six Sigma experience, and knowledge of regulated environments are highly preferred.

Compensation for the Master Data Analyst includes:

• Salary range: $85,000 - $90,000
