Job summary

Ace Handyman Services Northeast Columbus is seeking a Master Craftsman to lead large, multi-trade remodels and complex repairs. You will mentor other craftsmen, set high standards for quality and customer care, and represent the brand on client sites.

The role requires exceptional technical expertise, the ability to guide teams, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. On-site with a solid benefits package and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 10+ years of broad, hands-on experience across multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, painting)
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train other craftsmen
• Must own tools — everyday essentials through power tools and specialty tools
• Estimating experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Take charge of large remodels and advanced repair projects across multiple trades — carpentry, drywall, tile, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and exterior repairs — including bathroom remodels and deck refacing.
• Run the Jobsite. Self-manage your projects, keeping everything on schedule, safe, and running smoothly.
• Be the Brand Expert. Represent Ace Handyman Services with professionalism, integrity, and consistency. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during projects.
• Mentor & Support Others. Share your knowledge by coaching and training fellow craftsmen.
• Take Care of Tools & Resources. Use and maintain professional-grade tools with pride.
