Spavia Estero is seeking full time and part time lead massage therapists at all levels of experience to join our team. We offer in-house training, opportunities for bonuses and commissions, liability insurance, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active state license as Massage Therapist.

• Professional conduct, drug/alcohol free.

Responsibilities

• Team management: recruit, interview, hire and train, with Spa Director support.
• Sales: drive team to meet retail and membership quotas.
• Reporting: provide weekly sales and payroll numbers.
• Leadership: motivate and educate guests on treatments and products.
• Cleanliness: ensure rooms and storage are clean and stocked.
• Community relations: engage with local schools and job fairs.
