Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mason with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of different masonry materials, tools and techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise masonry projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Manage a team of masons, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures.
• Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards.
• Order materials and equipment needed for each project.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
