What you’ll be doing

As a Lead Manufacturing Technician, you'll own the floor every Monday through Thursday between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM. You'll lead a team of 5–10, set a clear daily agenda, and keep production flowing—tracking throughput, guarding on‑time delivery, and jumping in to touch product when it helps the team stay on pace. You'll be the point person for training new employees, reinforcing standards, and removing roadblocks so your crew can execute with confidence. You'll balance planning with doing, communication with action, and set the tone for a safe, steady, and productive day.
