Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS Certification following American Heart Association guidelines required (no other cards accepted).
• Mammography Certification required.
• Registered with the State of California.
• State Fluoroscopy Permit: preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to organize and maintain good follow-up.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment to produce radiographs of designated areas.
• Review quality controls and quality assurance for imaging results.
• Coordinate area purchasing activities and stock levels.
• Coordinate Breast Cancer month activities.
• Maintain records and ensure licensing and education compliance.
• Provide training and direction to ancillary staff.
