Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Beckley Townhomes, a 100-unit community in Dallas, TX. You will oversee maintenance operations to ensure a high-quality living experience for residents and supervise on-site staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new residents. The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in maintenance preferred.
• Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and units.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units.
• Supervise site maintenance personnel.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
