Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to manage facilities across our properties. You will oversee maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and scheduling while guiding a team to ensure timely, safe operations.

Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of building systems, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance practices. This full-time role requires on-site work at our Texas properties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
• Supervise and train workers.
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
• Conduct preventative maintenance work.
• Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
• Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
• Walks property to inspect grounds and addresses any issues promptly and reports any issues to management.

JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Maintenance Technician's role is to maintain the facilities for Eureka Multifamily Group's Properties. Lead Maintenance Technicians should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of building maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, cleaning and managing staff.They should be knowledgeable in building and equipment mainte nance procedures and have extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
