JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead Maintenance Technician's role is to maintain the facilities for Eureka Multifamily Group's Properties. Lead Maintenance Technicians should display strong problem solving and decision‑making skills with a solid understanding of building maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, cleaning and managing staff.They should be knowledgeable in building and equipment mainte nance procedures and have extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
