This role emphasizes strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance skills and a proactive approach to upkeep and safety.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, on-call flexibility and a commitment to resident satisfaction and high standards of workmanship.
