Job summary

ABM is seeking a Lead General Maintenance Technician to work with clients, engineering leadership, and vendors to keep the building operational. The GMT will perform ongoing facility maintenance and complete repairs on various equipment, including minor repairs to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) equipment and ensure client satisfaction.

Shift: First Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 7:0 AM – 3:30 PM. Pay: $34.87 per hour.

Qualifications

• The Lead General Maintenance Technician performs ongoing facility maintenance and repairs on various equipment.
• Performs minor repairs to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) equipment and ensures client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
