The position requires hands-on skills in plumbing and general maintenance, with additional duties in light electrical, HVAC, pool care, cleaning, and grounds support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing and general maintenance skills.
• Ability to perform light electrical, HVAC, pool care, cleaning, and grounds support.
• Experience following safety procedures and maintaining logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing and mechanical maintenance for club facilities and residences.
• Inspect systems for safety and code compliance.
• Conduct routine maintenance on lighting, electrical fixtures, and HVAC controls.
• Perform light carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
• Operate golf cart to move between buildings and maintenance areas.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for non-routine repairs.
• Maintain logs and service records of completed work.
