Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and compliant.

You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, supervise staff, and coordinate with vendors and contractors in a healthcare setting. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare facility maintenance.
• Ability to lead and develop a maintenance team.
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, water systems and emergency systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations: hire, train, and supervise team members.
• Promote safety and compliance: fire system inspections and monthly drills.
• Oversee preventive maintenance program development and execution.
• Maintain equipment including HVAC, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, generators.
• Manage supplies and budgeting for maintenance needs.
• Supervise external contractors and coordinate their work.
• Ensure facility and equipment meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide job-specific training and enforce safety procedures.
• Coordinate staffing to meet census and labor budgets.
