Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its multi-family residential community. The role focuses on leading maintenance staff, coordinating trades, and ensuring top quality Make-readies and service requests are completed on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety procedures, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Position requires a minimum of 5 years’ related maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• HVAC, EPA & CPO certifications preferred where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, vendors, and residents; ability to give and receive direction.
• Basic computer skills; ability to operate mobile devices and PC.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise the maintenance staff in daily activities.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Conduct safety inspections and train staff on chemical handling.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain budget and procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment.
