Job summary

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, oversee preventive maintenance, and partner with operations to optimize OEE while ensuring safety and quality standards. Relocation support is available for this growth-focused facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience in food, beverage, packaging, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
• Knowledge of PLCs, preventive maintenance programs, and CMMS systems
• Strong communication and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Maintenance Technicians in daily plant operations
• Prioritize and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC‑related issues
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives
• Partner with operations to improve efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Coach and develop maintenance team members
• Support safety, food quality, and compliance initiatives within the facility
• Participate in on‑call rotation and support plant maintenance needs as required
